We are happy to hear that our employees are friendly and that you liked the hours of the position. We strive to hire employees that are a great fit for our culture and will mesh well with everyone. Additionally, we work hard to maintain a work/life balance for our employees so we like to be flexible with hours as the roles permit. Also, we love that you like our company events! These are great activities for our employees to get to interact with each other and just have fun! We do an event of some sort at least once a month, along with a larger event once a quarter. We truly believe these events drive company culture and are important for overall office morale. We’d like to address a few of your concerns: First, ExamSoft strives to work with each and every employee in the organization and actively works to mitigate any employee performance issues. Out of respect for our employees, we do not share an employee’s reason for departure, but as a process, there are many steps we take to retain an employee before a separation occurs. Second, hostile work environments, gossip or other malicious behaviors are violations of the employee handbook and reports of these behaviors are investigated and mitigated by HR. We expect our employees to be professional at all times and respectful of their peers, and we encourage all employees to report anything that they feel is not inline with the culture we have set as an organization.
