Couldn't take the time off that I earned. No work - life balance. Disjointed, paranoid management structure. I worked in St. Louis, reported to a manager in New Jersey, who reported to a director in St. Louis, who reported to a VP in New Jersey. A near total lack of meaningful communication. No sense of history or continuity. So many layoffs and job cuts that temp HR people were the norm to handle layoffs.
