Pros
Fast pasted, every changing environment with some innovative thinking at all levels. There are pockets of management that truely show concern for their employees, encouraging people to be passionate about their work. To some degree, there is still a small company atmosphere that make people feel that their work is important
Cons
Management tends to treat employee's as a dispossible asset but tries to hide it with illusions of employee satisfaction surveys, actions, etc. Also does not promote within very much and most positions above manager is only available to the St Louis area.
