Pros
Great stock options for performers in senior management roles. They don't hesitate to promote the best of the best. George Paz is a good leader, and down to earth.
Cons
Little work/life balance; requires many hours. Be prepared to spend a great deal of time in meetings. With growth as aggressive as it has been, it is often challenging to integrate other business processes before the next, new integration need is upon you. Good problem to have to promote growth though. Just need to have competent people in key positions.
