Plenty of room for learning and growth if you lift your head up from your corner of the business. In a good year, bonuses were a significant addition to salary.
Cons
The annual forced ranking of employees, where a fixed number of employees must be rated "Below Target" is demoralizing for both managers and employees, as it impacts raises and bonuses. In a bad year (for the company, or your ranking) bonuses disappeared.
