Pros

Plenty of room for learning and growth if you lift your head up from your corner of the business. In a good year, bonuses were a significant addition to salary.

Cons

The annual forced ranking of employees, where a fixed number of employees must be rated "Below Target" is demoralizing for both managers and employees, as it impacts raises and bonuses. In a bad year (for the company, or your ranking) bonuses disappeared.

Pros

This company is incredible to work for. My finance team is one of the best. Everyone is friendly, trustworthy, and brilliant. The company moves very fast and is very rewarding. If you are a hard worker and build a brand for yourself, you can go very far here! The new CEO is incredible and the culture continues to get better and better.

Cons

Not many cons, it is fast paced and hard work so if that type of atmosphere isn't for you then it will not be great. Longer hours are expected and there are not a lot of corporate sponsored happy hours / parties / events.
