Pros
Too soon to really tell, but so far it seems that they are focused on their employees. They are also focused on driving the business forward. It is also beneficial to be non-union if employed by express scripts.
Cons
I will know more once the benefits package is rolled out, but so far it appears as though the new vacation and bonus structures are going to be less than what they were with Medco. I can only hope that the medical benefits will get better with a larger field of employees
