Pros
When we were Medco it was a great place to work. Supervisors let you do your job without hovering, very patient oriented. Good pay, great hours.
Cons
Very uncertain future, losing a couple of major accounts, very low work volume, management mum about which facilities will close, hard to smile much at work anymore. Management are all nothing but bean-counters, a dollar is all they care about. Employee satisfaction is at the bottom of their list.
