Pros
Pay and benefits are good. Opportunities for advancement in leadership exist if you have the energy, are willing to put yourself above your employees, and have the cunning to thrive in a highly political shark tank. It's a great company for those with the right personality and life situation.
Cons
Terrible for people with families and/or expectations outside work. Company doesn't seem to value its employees. Hard work is rewarded with more work. Company does not celebrate successes. Shareholders will always be taken care of before employees. Disrespectful behavior by (some) executives is tolerated and seemingly encouraged. Performance management methodology creates too much competition between employees and shifts emphasis from actual contributions to arbitrary actions like "visibility." Culture of being cheap. Suboptimal systems and processes abound.
