Pros
Insurance plan is decent, weekly pay, stable job, clean office, a lot of paid time off (~20 days a year) and free coffee.
Cons
They bought out my company and cut my pay by ~$13,000 a year. I could manage if they only allowed overtime, but they took that away too. They are cheap, and they have no concern for thier employees. Can't move up the chain b/c no jobs open, only close now, and I am a minority there (white male). Our dept. make an avg of $14.50 an hour plus bonus, they made it so we all have to quit b/c they only want to pay $10.00 an hour for it.
