Great benefits, ability to help others, great leaders, company listens to employees and values every employee, values training mistakes vs punishment. Diversity and inclusion is a priority. They even have an exclusive team devoted to this. Values willingness to learn, problem solving, and those who convey their caring for others.
Cons
It can be challenging and not a lot of people last the first few months. Fast paced and attention to detail a must.
