Not good for mental health - Patient Care Advocate Express Scripts Employee Review

Getting cussed at, always giving bad news to patients, low pay, tied to the computer and forces to answer back to back called with only 6 seconds or less inbetween. Poor training. Took 3 months just to train and they didn’t even cover 1/4th of the stuff we would actually need to know.
