Pros
Reasonably competitive salary for the time being. The few great coworkers that are left through the merger.
Cons
Way too reliant on placing a number on every action. Even if doing that action creates more work they just want something quantifiable. Actually reviewing pharmacist on their call skills with grades as if we were back in school. Talk too fast or too slow they deduct points. Forget to utter a catch phrase you may be terminated. There are too many business people justifying their jobs by creating too many monitoring parameters. They can't get creative and drum up any new business so they try have their workers be responsible for more and more per hour. Or layoffs / outsourcing jobs to foreign countries. I bring their name up to family and doctors offices and you just get a sigh. How did this happen?
