Advocates are not on projects so each call could be any company with different procedures, opening and closings. There is NO room for growth because of the lack of organization. You can move laterally but nothing else. Supervisors are in the same position for over 20 years which shows how stale the growth really is. If you did not start in claims, you cannot move to that department because you haven't been trained on the software. Complete dead end with tons of micromanagement. Before I left, they implemented "flexible" breaks which means your break and lunch is never at the same time. It has to be the most disrespectful policy and lack of work life balance of any company. How are you supposed to wait FOUR hours until your next break to use the restroom?
