Great Experience opportunity- This job can give your a real sense of ownership of your responsibility's and duty's, furthering the opportunity to make you more work self sufficient. Very Flexible Scheduling- You wont always get a weekend but the DM's are very conscience of your home needs and are very willing to work with you. Very friendly and able Management team- One of the few jobs that i worked where there was always someone who could answer your questions and the team you work with can feel like family. Great tools to help you learn-There are so many ways outside of your seniors to get the answers for questions you have and the tools to help you learn. Great Bonus system.
Cons
Staffing issues- Short staffed can have you running around your division to make sure stores are open. Compensation- Pay is ok but not great for all the jobs your expected to perform. Pacing- you need to make sure you set a good pace when it comes to side work, Overzealousness can cause you to leave yourself with little to do and vice versa.
