Pros
*Inclusive company that walks the walk *I have not worked for a company that truly made it possible to have a work/life balance. I have always been in very high strung jobs working for high strung employers so, this down to earth attitude is so refreshing. Don't get me wrong, there are quotas to meet and they want the job done their way but, they give you the tools to be successful. Its like an extended family across the region that is always willing to help each other. *Provide a uniform allowance. *Great benefits *401K with a portion matched *Friendly helpful coworkers and leaders across the board *Most locations have great potential for quick advancement
Cons
Getting use to the slower pace. Some locations may not be ideal for advancement. Pay is not the greatest. No sick pay only straight PTO earned biweekly. Work most Saturdays
