Pros

Tons to learn which keeps you on your toes. Using the machine to cut out things to stick to stuff is really cool. You also develop a lot of skills as far as learning how certain things should be done.

Cons

A lot goes into having the knowledge to actually get a Zund machine to function properly and don’t feel that I’m compensated well for this.

Pros

Co Workers and helping customers. Loved the actual job itself.

Cons

Owner is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for. Will curse out loud in the store if someone makes a mistake. Treats you like an idiot if you ask questions and expects you to know everyone with very little training and no coaching. Had 2 coaching sessions in working there for 2 and a half years. Everyone that works there walks on eggshells as they never know what to expect from the owner.
