Cons
Being a franchise, overall management is based on owners experience or lack thereof in running a business. As a whole, corporate is only interested in collecting their franchise fees and nothing else, leaving each owner scraping along trying to figure out how to keep things above water. Each franchise it's on it's own, therefore your guess is as good as the franchise in how it's going to be run. No room for growth. Expect a lot of broken promises and office politics. As a designer, there was a lot of production work and very little creative. When you leave work, know your going to mostly frustrated in how your day unfolded.
