Pros

Job is flexible, and you make your own schedule

Cons

You will mostly likely be managing your manager. There isn't strong leadership at all. I've gotten verbally abused from my manager because of his mistakes. There is no structure or procedures people follow to ensure the client is happy. Everything is done last minute or with lack of knowledge. The place is extremely understaffed and there is no help or management from the owner. There is no room or place for career advancement or growth.

Pros

Co Workers and helping customers. Loved the actual job itself.

Cons

Owner is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for. Will curse out loud in the store if someone makes a mistake. Treats you like an idiot if you ask questions and expects you to know everyone with very little training and no coaching. Had 2 coaching sessions in working there for 2 and a half years. Everyone that works there walks on eggshells as they never know what to expect from the owner.
