Pros

You get rainy days off; you get to work outside doing physical labor, if that's a plus for you, personally.

Cons

Be prepared to drive an average of an hour to the job site and back; be prepared to work long hours doing menial work; be prepared to work in scorching hot weather as well as cold, drizzly days; be prepared to work with people who may not be the brightest and are always trying to one-up; WEAR EAR PROTECTION, I got tinnitus on the job and workers comp wouldn't cover it; Despite being told "If you work hard, we might get Saturday off," prepare to work most Saturdays; be prepared to deal with poor management who just want the job done; and, in my opinion, the pay is not a fair wage for the stuff you go through.

Pros

If you like to travel and drive around

Cons

Its hard work I saw people quit every loop pretty much because the pay is low and the work is back breaking. Management has no clue what's happening on the road I was a ladder tech witch means I was here for like 6 months or more and I was running job sights because the Team leads would quit or give up. They pay you 32 bucks for food while you on the road hard to eat good with 32 bucks in this economy and the starting pay on 19 bucks is cheap af. You will maybe get 40 hours in a week so you cant save very well. Their trailers or vans break every loop
