Pros

You get rainy days off; you get to work outside doing physical labor, if that's a plus for you, personally.

Cons

Be prepared to drive an average of an hour to the job site and back; be prepared to work long hours doing menial work; be prepared to work in scorching hot weather as well as cold, drizzly days; be prepared to work with people who may not be the brightest and are always trying to one-up; WEAR EAR PROTECTION, I got tinnitus on the job and workers comp wouldn't cover it; Despite being told "If you work hard, we might get Saturday off," prepare to work most Saturdays; be prepared to deal with poor management who just want the job done; and, in my opinion, the pay is not a fair wage for the stuff you go through.

Pros

You get to go to a lot of places

Cons

The company is terribly managed. The CEO is an absolute joke. Team leads are salaried employees that are "overtime exempt" yet are expected to do manual labor all day which is a direct DOL violation. As a team lead you are basically a babysitter and a chauffeur to an understaffed team that changes frequently. If you have anyone good on your team, they are subject to being relocated to another team at any time with or without a replacement. Then you'll still be expected to hit the same production rates you were before. There is no privacy. Hotel rooms are always shared unless there is an odd number of people on the team. But that solo room goes to the Team Lead. The hotels are always two star and under. There are so many more reasons NOT to work here. Just know that there's a reason that they have the highest turnover rate I have ever seen in a company. It's not worth the hassle. But if you like eating granola bars, drinking bottled water, don't like lunches, don't care about steady pay, don't mind being overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated, then this might be the job for you.

Pros

Absolutely nothing, besides going to the boones

Cons

I was left stranded in Idaho as a team lead after being worked almost 4 weeks straight no days off, when i asked for time to recover. Not paid for travel time, over 28 hours of being in a van at times before getting to a job site
