      Pros

      First Solar is a great place if you want to be challenged. There are many opportunities for great ideas and those ideas are welcomed from all associates. The pay and benefits are great for NW Ohio, but that is not a motivator for me. I want to be challenged and be in a position where I can use my skills to make people’s lives better. I get to do both of those things every day.

      Cons

      Sometimes see misalignment on company goals. Teams will operate in a specific way to check off their goals, even if it is detrimental to other teams. It seems to be a result of too much pressure in a challenging environment.

      The work-life balance is great! The company will provide opportunities for professional growth.

      Cons

      Being on the corporate team, you kinda get lost in the flow of the day-to-day.
