      Good pay, good benefits, in a good field.

      Cons

      Overall, it was a toxic culture. Those making decisions don't want information, they just want results, even if those results come at a cost. There is no holistic view of how their implemented changes affect the whole, so everyone is only focused on their own personal metrics, constantly undermining everyone else's processes. No true collaboration, just pretending to get along so they can move on and do their own plans.
