      The HR team collaborates closely to achieve the People Strategy, and I have no doubt that they are dedicated to supporting each other and succeeding in all areas of excellence within HR and the business.

      Cons

      Our company operates globally across multiple time zones, which can sometimes result in meetings taking place very early or very late. However, we recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility in the workday to accommodate these longer days.
