They have excellent benefits. Depending on your department, great co-workers. Salary levels are good. Potential for some advacement in the industry.

Cons

The controller was not a good boss. She was overly emotional and highly stressed at all times. She caused anxiety in the office. High turnover rate. Commute is awful.

No overtime on most jobs which allows for balanced homelife

Cons

Quality and quantity of tools and ppe provided is seriously lacking. No reason every ladder has blooms and makes you itch, or that 30 guys on one site are sharing one band saw, or have to search for self toppers on the ground from other trades.
