Pros
Every workplace will have its issues and problems, and Fisk electric is no exception. It is a stifling, boring, miserable place to work, since you are under the tyranny of self serving and unreasonable managers who are out for themselves and play favorites with their so called "friends". Fisk electric is essentially nothing but Texas fat old men and women. The managers do not impress me since they always want to find someone else to blame when their projects are having problems. plus they deliberately deny information to people they don't like and play stupid, petty, antagonizing office games. The work environment is toxic because the older women act like gossiping teenagers- all supported by thier longtime HR friends that cannot do their job objectively and fairly!
Cons
This is a company that places no value on training and development. Its teamwork is some of the worst I have seen, which does have an intangible detrimental effect on their projects. plus the fact that people deliberately deny you information to gain some form of petty advantage is just woefully unprofessional! The fact that older people do not have the sense and/or wisdom not to engage in malicious office gossiping and/or lack respect for different co workers makes their claim of 'diversity' an absolute joke!
