Employees are treated extremely poorly. Employees are fired for no reason. Foreman violently threaten employees. Project managers break union laws by allowing employees to work without referrals. Project managers hire felons and allow them to work along children. The work environment is extremely dangerous. No breaks. They cheat you on your hours. They will say you will get paid extra hours to skip breaks then don't pay you. They will fight your workman's comp and unemployment.
