Pros

Lots of motivation from upper management, weekly 1:1’s, all hands meetings, “FUN calls” etc., you’ll make many amazing friends that’ll essentially become family for life. Very teamwork-heavy with some incredible, encouraging managers. Room for growth,

Cons

It’s a total popularity contest. Super obnoxious frat-culture, super flirty vibes (whether you’re single or not single) vibes and if you’re not down with that, you’re kinda excluded from the pack. If you’re not completely bowing down to upper management, and even in the CRINGIEST of ways, you’re like a dud in the stratosphere. There is a lot of verbal abuse from certain AE’s to the SDR’s and no matter how many HR meetings they get they’re still with the company so it makes the work environment extremely tense. One other huge, huge, huge frustration is that no matter how many times you ask upper management for help with something, even if you need an urgent answer in order to set a meeting, no one is ever available. Pay could defffffinitely be better. Lots of condescending attitudes from Travel manager team leaders to their team and in front of everyone else in the office which also creates an uncomfortable environment

Great work environment and culture

Cons

Didn’t get the full experience of working for them. Unfortunately got hired right before covid and I was laid off.
