Pros

5 days of sick leave, flex hours, teleworking, job stability, good for fresh graduates and interns or people who have other than job priorities in life. If you are a person that loves being in your comfort zone, this place is your go-to.

Cons

They were great at creating a fake image of the company during the interviews as well as making false promises to people. I heard from at least 4 people that HR told them they were going to be promoted to a more senior level in the next 6 months of their start date and it never happened. The job descriptions (on the job postings) do not match the actual repetitive, mundane projects they have. Most people were passive-aggressive and would start complaining if they trusted you enough. There was no mutual trust between the employees and the company. The nepotism comment is spot-on. FMG has a very long and laborious process for performance evaluations that is entirely subjective and useless. The pay is definitely lower than the market avg. Once they feel you are unhappy, they start hiring new people to have a backup plan and prepare themselves for your notice, instead of trying to keep you happy. The biggest issue lies within the leadership/management - pretty ironic that the leaders and founders of the company are organizational/industrial psychologists.

Pros

Good workplace culture, values employees, leadership is transparent and regularly surveys the workplace to inform business decisions.

Cons

Contract based work is always a mixed-bag. Can sometimes become easy to get stuck working on a particular contract without ability to move laterally.
