Pros
I found the projects to be interesting. When employees worked overtime, they could take off time later when projects were less busy. The office was located conveniently near major roads, public transportation, and other businesses.
Cons
Starting on my first day, people would not say hello, tell me information about projects, or show me where files were located. People above me did not have necessary knowledge and skills and did not do their work. Most communication was dishonest criticism behind people's backs. The worst employees were retained and promoted. Some highly skilled employees should have been paid much more.
