Pros

I have grown to love working at FMG. The work is varied, challenging and I have had the opportunity to partner with clients to make a difference on issues I care about. Benefits (comp time, medical, 401k) are generous & far superior to my prior employer.

Cons

Though not as much lately, in the past there has been some uneven work demands - one month we have a bunch of deliverables or data collection and need to work late, the next month we have time to work on professional development.

Cons

Contract based work is always a mixed-bag. Can sometimes become easy to get stuck working on a particular contract without ability to move laterally.
