Pros
Great atmosphere: social events, flexible hours (for me at least), well-stocked kitchen with free coffee and quite frequently snacks. While not true for many others, I never had to take my work home with me. Met some great people throughout my time at the company. CEO is fabulous, truly passionate and very approachable.
Cons
It's definitely at times like a clique: favorites get promoted quickly, etc. The position you are hired into seemed up to chance at times depending on what was still open once you interviewed. Many questioned some of the staffing choices as myself and other employees felt frequently that those with less, or even minimal research experience were placed into researcher roles.
