The company itself is a research project except the study is basic and has extensively researched and unintentionally funded by tax dollars. Conditioning Low pay Halo effect Not open to communication A few of the staff will not speak to others and avoid eye contact Job posting is not the actual position Recruiting not familiar with government contracting standards and specifications Educational level, tenure (Specifically within FMG) is the FMG's equivalent to experience Management deficit and leadership is easily influenced Overall, FMG is not suitable for anyone without a background in psychology regardless of the hiring department as well as anyone that has worked on government contracts unrelated to psychology.
