Pros
Paid volunteerism, B Corp initiatives, Affinity groups for representation, decent pay, and good benefits. There are generally nice, collegial FMGers across the company.
Cons
"Top Workplace" is not uniform across the company. Depending on your department and manager, you can expect to be severely overworked, burnt out, and exhausted. The work is impactful, but not always in a good or moral way. You won't have much choice in the projects you get assigned to. Taking pride in "surviving" the difficult work environment is not a badge of honor. It's highly unethical to expect people to work 12 hours a day, through the weekend, or all-nighters. There's a lot of harassment and bullying that flies under the radar or goes unreported. Micromanagement and miscommunications are also prevalent.
