Pros
Absolutely none. Very toxic workplace.
Cons
My department is beyond toxic, and will ruin your future chances for employment after exploiting and mistreating you. (The turnover rate for a department of 30 odd employees is 6/7 people per quarter). This company tends to engage in workplace scapegoating to deflect serious managerial failures onto subordinate researchers (many stellar employees with Ph.D.'s). Every project is a fire because of failed and exploitative management. Some people escape before they become scapegoats and make off with reasonable references. Many others (unless they are senior researchers/management) have patently false and career-ending references given. This has been a consistent trend. WARNING: If you do not want your stellar career totally destroyed by false claims, DO NOT JOIN FMG.
