Pros
I cannot honestly think of any, initially I thought it would be a good job but everything from the training, the work, the coworkers, the leadership, and business practices were damaging to their employees and were borderline illegal.
Cons
-They discriminate heavily against everyone who is not a white male -They bully their employees into submission, (you will be yelled at in group meetings, you will be informed that you are bringing nothing to the table, your work will be edited and changed without your knowledge) - You will be penalized for any time that you take off no matter the reason (though there is an unlimited PTO policy every hour you take off will need to be made up later) - If you question the ethics of their business practices (which are extremely questionable) you will be screamed at. - If you request training of any sort, you will be required to create your own resources and most paid training will need to be paid out of pocket. - Any wins will be considered wins of your supervisor, you will never get credit for it. - If there are any issues then that is your personal responsibility, you will not be helped or protected by your supervisor and they WILL throw you under the bus. - You will be required to lie to government agencies. - you will be required submit and resubmit and resubmit the same things but pass it off as new work.
