Pros
There are some seriously talented people that work here
Cons
EXTREMELY poor communication. Changes in policies and the company overall are not communicated timely and when do get communicated, they aren't clear. There is an overall sense of chaos. Different people asking the same questions on the same day will get different answers. The same person asking the same questions on different days will also get different answers. They tout an unlimited PTO program (called personalized PTO) but just instituted a limit of 120 hours in the timekeeping system. Acquired Brunet-Garcia about a year ago, the merger process has been painfully long and drawn out. (it took over 10 months to merge teams and departments). The communication throughout the merger was again, lacking leaving many to worry about the state of their jobs, who they'd be working with and who they'd be reporting to - even after the merger had been completed. Managers can be condescending and elitist. HR is non-responsive and judgmental. Claims to value professional development, culture, DEIA and wellness, but allocates no money to support programs and initiatives.
