This place is on a downward trajectory and I wouldn’t be surprised if it eventually shuts down or gets acquired by another firm. The C-suite is top heavy and even in a time when a company-wide layoff was happening, new senior positions were being brought on. For calling themselves a people-first company, management truly has no people skills. Rudeness, shortness, and talking down is the norm. It’s exhausting. Do not recommend.
