Pros
Most people really mean well, and many are incredibly collaborative. It's easy to get help - if you ask for it (and you will need to ask for it a lot). Good benefits, such as WFH internet and health/wellness stipends. Diverse employee base in comparison to other tech companies, though still a lot of white sales bros.
Cons
Favoritism is rampant. If you fit into the mold exactly, fully buy into the rah rah culture and never question process, you'll do great. Otherwise if you dare point out areas of improvement or try to run a sales cycle ethically by being honest about product shortfalls with prospects, you'll be considered a bad performer. Serious lack of strategic vision, very reactionary vs. proactive. Product team is in shambles, it takes MANY unhappy customers in order to think about maybe working on something as opposed to adding features or fixing issues proactively in order to be a leader in the industry. CRM is the worst of all, CX and Service are better about it. Work/life balance is encouraged verbally but there is a lot of pressure to "be a team player" and step up even when it's not necessary, understaffing all across the board leading to burnout. Salaries are under industry average. Leadership means well but many are incompetent nor have the proper experience for their title (again, lots of internal favoritism). They seem to only favor workhorses that never complain and don't like to hear it when something isn't working.
