Cons
Still calls everyone a 'family' but then has multiple rounds of layoffs. Brags about having over $1 billion in the bank, but cries poverty and cuts benefits and leaves for those who are left after the layoffs. Executives still making millions (especially the new President). Now forcing people back into the office, despite saying before that no one would be forced into the office just to sit on Zoom all day. Have seen many times discrimination and harassment that was reported, but nothing was done. Really sad to see this culture go downhill so quickly after hearing great stories from coworkers about how great the culture used to be. I'm glad the IPO made some people rich, but this company doesn't care about you or any of their employees.
