Cons
I have been employed here for a year and a half and had such great hopes at the beginning to work at this company because I had heard great things about the leadership. Over the past several months there has been almost a complete turnover of leadership at the top. These new leaders have no empathy for their employees and expect them to work insane hours. Most employees are based in India, so calls start at 6:00 am and often times end at 10:00 pm. Moral is incredibly low and it is quite sad because there are some very talented people working here. Most everyone is biding their time until the economy and job market improves (including myself). Freshworks pay is very competitive, but benefits are just mediocre and the stock has done abysmal. I have very little respect for, or confidence in the top executives to turn around this sinking ship.
