Pros
- The Customers. We work with great school districts and administrators. If any of you are reading this, we appreciate you. - Lower Management. Though they are continually shut down by upper management, they tirelessly fight for their employees. They are the true servant leaders. - Long Term Colleagues. They have each other's backs and strive to make the work place more bearable and enjoyable, even as it becomes increasingly more difficult. Though "Old Frontline" is frowned upon by upper management, you make all the difference.
Cons
- Discouragement of free thinking. - Company trainings and meetings have become akin to brainwashing. - Verbally scolded at meetings for voicing opinions and concerns. Being told to sit down and stop questioning things - at times, in a visibly angry and aggressive manner - is becoming normal. - Upper Management is completely out of touch with the people on the "Front Lines" both within the company and within our customer base. - Money is God and good employees are expendable. If they haven't been let go already (due to the above mentioned), they are severely underpaid to the benefit of the company.
