Pros
After 20 years in the tech business, I am finally in a place that gets me. My whole career up to this point was managers telling me "no". I got bad reviews because I urged those companies to be better. Not at Frontline. The leadership at Frontline wants to hear new ideas. The old way isn't good enough. They encourage people to shake things up and discover better ways to accomplish their goals. At Frontline my voice is heard. Not only am I tolerated, but I'm rewarded for my effort. I never knew that a career could be so rewarding. Working for a place that truly understands what you bring to the table and encourages you, makes it all worthwhile. And on top of all of that, we just recently received a handsome equity payout. It was much larger than I ever expected. Certainly, no company ever did that for me. I love coming to work in the morning.
Cons
The office, while very nice, is in the middle of nowhere. Being closer to the city, or near public transit would be a huge improvement.
