Pros
My experience at Frontline has been nothing short of remarkable—I’ve been trusted with opportunities that are valuable for my career, been surrounded by coworkers and mentors who truly care, and been part of a team that’s united in making a positive impact. Some pro's: -PEOPLE!- The best part about Frontline is certainly the people: from employees all the way up to our company leadership, I have met some of the nicest, kindest people at Frontline who genuinely care about their co-workers and the educational community. -Flexibility—Managers and coworkers have gone above and beyond to encourage work /life balance and my overall well-being. -New opportunities for growth- The high growth & constant evolution of Frontline are creating a lot of space for employee potential as there is always new skills to learn & projects to pitch in on! I am constantly amazed by how different & exciting & engaging every day is. -Benefits—low premiums on health insurance, decent 401K match, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, generous time off policies -Integrity- there’s a real sense of integrity in the company. People mean what they say & are constructively transparent. -Teamwork- Frontline’s teams value unique perspectives and diverse ideas. Different company leaders have sought out feedback in many ways—from project based feedback, to breakfast with an executive, to an annual employee survey.
Cons
Tension from Growth- Frontline is a unique company, rapidly growing both from hiring and acquisitions. We’re trying to be an industry-leading enterprise company without necessarily having the deep pockets or manpower of an established tech giant. This can be difficult & has created some internal tension. Not a place to coast—If you are looking for a 9-5 where you can just coast & not be challenged, then this is certainly not the place for you. You will be challenged at this company—and if you’re willing to get onboard and pitch in, it’s an amazing experience!
