Pros
There is no doubt Frontline contains great people, and always has. As a business, it definitely has it's head on straight and is impacting education positively year over year. Working at Frontline can have a positive impact on future job opportunities.
Cons
Leaning too heavily on acquisitions to hit a $ amount valuation probably cost FL a large number of good employees who headed for the exits (new employees and long term employees). Is there a right or wrong answer on how to grow a company or how quickly? No. 'Was' Frontline different than many companies out there (education-related or not)? Absolutely. Is there anything wrong with an all out push to increase value and make more money? Depends on who you ask. Did many/all of the 'old timers' go through change BEFORE the last 3 or 4 years of more change? Sure. The more a company and its employees have to state how 'employee' or 'customer' focused they are, the less action there usually is to that end. The more a person says they're a great person; shouldn't they just show it?
