Pros
Frontline is a company that is growing very fast. They have a a decent benefits package and a relaxed in office work environment. The dynamic growth through acquisition could present growth opportunity.
Cons
While I listed the fast growth as a "pro", I am also going to list this as a con. The high pressure on executives and directors from the investors is demoralizing based on organization communications. It creates and environment of unrealistic expectations that are determined by those who do not understand the specific niche they are forecasting for. The company has multiple channels of product solutions and excel in certain areas but Sales and Service Executives and Sales Director Leadership, while knowledgeable in sales operations, have significant deficits in the dynamics of the marketplace and how certain solutions should be sold within the industry norm sales cycles as well as territory specific factors. They do not have the capacity, if needed, to support in the field nor would they have the capacity to effectively sell certain solutions they manage. Management is very clear as to who their "favorites" are and do not come across as treating equal. While the company offers a decent vacation structure and other "holiday" type days off, when your off, your not off....the work follows and leadership expects follow through even if your on a beach somewhere relaxing. This goes against their company values. When you want to try to disconnect...think again...cause you can't as you are held accountable.
