They didn’t hold people accountable and when brought to their attention it was not addressed. Would not give me an exiting interview after I requested one more than once.
Micromanaging and stressful. You will not get trained for anything literally job and will always get belittled. And you have no room for advancement if you are a minority. I was laid off 4/22/26 and had charges filed on me 05/04/26. Thanks GEMCO
