Pros
There weren't really any pros at all expect I enjoyed working with my staff.
Cons
Everything. No support from management. DM acts one way and then a completely different way when the RM or someone higher up is with him/her. Manager has to work any where from 10-16 hour days because they budget labor by $ and not by hours. So if you even make a little money, guess what the manager has to work more to cut the hours of the others to accomplish the $ budget. If your associates get a pay raise, then guess what once again you have to cut their hours and pick up the hours to make sure the store is covered and you don't go over the dollar budget. Benefits suck. Upper management treats all of their works at the store level from the store manager to the cashier like crap. If you have a maintenance problem, then hang it up for getting the store fixed for weeks or months. They don't care about their workers or their stores as long as they are making a profit of some sort.
