Pros
Pay, if you do not mind being tied to store 24/7 and do not mind being called back out to the store to complete tasks that could be accomplished by the store staff, if there were enough clerks on duty to start with.
Cons
Not enough staffing in store to accomplish goals and meet standards. Poor accounting practices, if they want you gone, you will suddenly start having inventory issues, DMs under qualified for position with little to zero people skills, same issue with RM, express no appreciation for the hard work the managers do and most have never worked in the field and are clueless to what really goes on in the stores on a daily basis.
