      Pros

      Competitive compensation. Not much else good about Glenmark.

      Cons

      Terrible communication between departments. Very little room for advancement, and very little direction given. Not enough work to be done. A lot of people here are downright rude. Employees are very cliquey. HQ is in India and trying to work with them is just a nightmare.
